Making Morsbags

We had a successful Repair Cafe yesterday in which we not only did repairs and sharpening, but also gave away Morsbags (http://www.morsbags.com/) and taught one customer how to make her own. An added dimension to the Repair Cafe, we thought.

I like this Morsbags idea a lot. As someone who seems to gather an ever growing collection of vintage items, I've now got quite a collection of vintage sewing machines and this would be a brilliant way to put them to work and give repair cafes an added element. Why had I never heard of this before?
